• 4’ x 10’ 2-DECK INCLINED SCREEN, complete with hydraulic drive.  Under screen chute, front discharge chute.  SCREEN RAISES AND LOWERS HYDRAULICALLY FOR TRANSPORT.
• 42” wide X approx. 15’ Fines Product Conveyor.  Discharge height approx. 12’ off ground.  This conveyor hydraulically raises and lowers with the screen.
• 18” wide X approx. 15’ Side Product Conveyor.  Conveyor hydraulically folds out and  in for transport.  Discharge height approx. 12’ off ground.
• 30” wide X approx. 35’ Main Feed Conveyor with receiving hopper, hydraulic drive. *The section of conveyor over the cone is hinged to facilitate transport and maintenance of cone and screen.  Conveyor is supported with rugged tubular steel.  Main feed conveyor feeds all material onto feed end of screen for pre-screening.  Feed conveyor also delivers return crushed material back to feed end of screen for final sizing and discharge.

• Hydraulic lube system automatically comes on when diesel starts.  HEAVY DUTY proven design requires no expensive ROLLER Bearings.  Internals of crusher are similar to that of SYMONS/NORDBERG design.  Many parts are completely interchangeable. This is a rugged machine capable of crushing some of the hardest material.
